Article 1 — Parties

Buyer (Donor):
The natural person whose name, surname, email address and postal address were entered during the donation transaction ("Donor").
Article 2 — Subject
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online donation transaction completed by the Buyer through mazima.org.
Article 3 — Nature of the Donation Transaction
Transactions on our platform represent voluntary donations to development projects in Africa — not the purchase of commercial goods or services. The donated amount is allocated to the Buyer's selected program or to the general donation fund. No goods or services are delivered in exchange.
The Buyer completes the transaction with full knowledge and acceptance of its voluntary nature.
Article 4 — Donation Details
The donation amount, selected program and currency are confirmed by the Buyer at the payment step. Confirmed amounts are shown on the donation receipt and sent to the Buyer's email address.
Article 5 — Payment and Security
Payment transactions are processed securely via iyzico Payment Services Inc., a payment institution licensed by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency of Turkey (BDDK) and certified to PCI-DSS standards. Card details are not stored by Mazima.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 49 of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal does not apply to this voluntary donation transaction, as no goods or services are delivered in exchange.
However, in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors, the provisions of Article 7 shall apply.
Article 7 — Errors and Duplicate Charges
In the event of a technical error or duplicate charge, the Buyer may apply in writing to info@mazima.org within 14 (fourteen) days from the donation date. Applications will be reviewed and resolved within 5 business days. Please refer to our Delivery & Refund Policy for details.
Article 8 — Personal Data Protection
Personal data processed under this agreement is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the provisions of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Article 9 — Dispute Resolution
Turkish law shall apply to disputes arising from this agreement. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts for their complaints.
Article 10 — Entry into Force and Acceptance
By completing the payment step, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this agreement. The agreement becomes binding on both parties upon completion of the payment transaction.
