Delivery & Refund Policy

1. Nature of Service

Mazima is a humanitarian aid and development donation platform operated by AGACAN TARIM GIDA TURİZM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Transactions on our platform represent voluntary donations to development projects in Africa — not the purchase of physical goods or services. Accordingly, traditional shipping tracking and physical delivery do not apply.

Upon completing a donation, donors receive an email confirmation including a donation receipt and thank-you notification. In addition, once the donation has been put into action on the ground, donors receive photographic and video evidence of their donation's impact — delivered via email or WhatsApp according to the donor's preference.

2. General Rule on Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable. A donation represents a voluntary transfer of resources and is allocated to the relevant program as promptly as possible after receipt. Accordingly, completed donation transactions cannot be refunded except in the specific circumstances described below.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refund requests may be considered in the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate charge: The same amount was charged more than once due to a technical error
• Erroneous transaction: An amount was withdrawn from the donor's account without their approval
• Unauthorised transaction: Documented evidence that the transaction was not initiated by the donor

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@mazima.org
2. Include the following information:
   • Your full name
   • Date of the donation transaction
   • Donation amount and currency
   • iyzico reference number (if available)
   • Reason for the refund request
3. Requests must be submitted within 14 (fourteen) days of the donation date
4. Your request will be reviewed and answered within 5 business days
5. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (debit/credit card) and typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank
