Learn About Us
MAZIMA is an initiative founded by European-Turkish-Community members to foster “African Private Business” as a leverage for poverty reduction and enable the “Marginalized Single Mothers of Africa” to hold on life.
We partner with individual donors and charity organizations worldwide to ensure their donations deliver relief to the real needy.
Mazima functions as Strategic-Partnership-Platform where we align additional resources of expertise, finance, and experience to eliminate “Compliance Related Constraints” and enable African companies to fully benefit from international projects.
We adopt “Mazima Consortium Operating Model” through which our worldwide members can cooperate with African Companies and work together collectively to bid for and deliver public service contracts. The three most common operating models are as follows.
“Managing Agent Model” is where our founder member AgacanGroup bids for contracts and then finds subcontractors between members to deliver the actual service. AgaCan is specialized in providing a contract winning and management function more than deliver the services.
“Managing Provider Model” is similar to managing agent, but the lead body, while sub-contracting some of the service to partners, also directly delivers part of it.
RedGroundOnline is our “Super-Provider Model” Through this structure, many separate providers effectively become one large provider.
